Flicker strike and arctic armour

Trying to find out for certain if you get the phys damage reduction from arctic armour while flickering. Can't seem to get a solid answer!

Yes, you are considered stationary and you get the buff.

The question is, does it even matter. According to the order of defences, AM's reduction is calculated last, literally. And numbers are funny.
The most inefficient damage reduction in game, like non-existent.

AM isn't worth the mana reservation basically. You only get it if you don't have anything else to use, or to benefit from chilled ground if you are actually moving.
