CTRL+Shift Click has stopped working

For me, somehow within the first 5 min of playing POE my sticky keys got enabled. (Basically it turns your Ctrl, Shift and Alt keys from "Hold" to "Toggle")

I'm 100% sure I did not enable them myself. I never use them, no screen came up to ask if i want to enable them but when i went to check, yes, they were enabled.
