Confirm.
On the same note, you will also get no bonus at all if you are under Chaos Inoculation. So, to summarize: don't use this shield with Blood Magic or Chaos Inoculation. You need to have both high life and high mana to get as much damage you can from the shield, and the more you can keep the near in term of numeric value, the better |
