Yes, every 3-4 weekends.
Should be next weekend, since usually second weekend of a new league has one "An it harm none, do what you will"

Torguemada is correct. Expect every tab to go on sale this Friday thru Sunday. They typically will go on a 3 week rotation thereafter for the remainder of the league.
