does elemental proliferation range stack?

Does elemental Proliferation aoe range stack with passives such as burning brutality?

I'm not sure what you mean because Burning Brutality has nothing to do with range.

Any increases or decreases you have to AoE should apply to the base radius of 12-15, and any damage modifiers on initial elemental ailment would also apply to the spread ailments.

I'm pretty sure each source just profilate with their own range and wont interact in anyway with each other.
