Texture streaming I guess

Since this new league started, the game often turns into clay mode. Last league it was fine, my fps doesn't drop or anything it just mess up the textures.
I'm using vulkan renderer.  Last bumped on Aug 21, 2021, 12:08:08 PM

I have the same and additionally bugs me mine, I can't see the paths

it keeps happening but now even worse, ti suddenly turns off almost all textures and some enemies even appear invisible or black.
