My 3.15 early feedback
Since many things are still yet to be discussed internally, I felt dropping my early thoughts on the league.
- Expeditions (in map) I LOVE the new league mechanic. Having to carefully plan your TNT placement. And while it is true that it takes a lot of time, slows down the game, it is time where I am having fun. but it does not feel super rewarding. it feels like the rewards are not immediate and are mostly currency to gamble with, which is fine. But having 1-2 chests with different rewards (As in the logbooks expeditions) would help having an immediate feeling of reward. - Expeditions (logbooks) The best content of this league mechanic, but had too few to really judge. - Expedition Traders Rog - Bases offered by Rog felt beyond saving and did not give me the incentive to invest currency in them. Wish they would be a bit better rolled (stats, possible influcence ?) or refresh currency should drop more to compensate. Tujan - Mostly fine, since its quite deterministic. Mabye increse the drop rate of refresh currency a bit. Gwennen - Her function is fine, drop rate is fine. Danning - Maybe increase refresh currency drop rate a bit. 3.15 Flask changes While I understand the reasons behind the changes, i liked the old system better. After Successfully removing an ailment, ailment immunity should be longer. Charges nerf feels extreme 3.15 Power nerf I gave it a try, but I can clearly say it now. It feels like you nerfed the players on too many levels and enjoyment is impacted too. All the topics you nerfed add up and while player power and speed as gone down, the world around you is still as dangerous & and the challenges feels extreme. I can't imagine the feeling for a new player that doesn't know what he is doing. All content based on speed meta (incursions, syndicate Research, ...) feels now too challenging for its level (white maps). Monsters feel extremely faster than you and games feels way more deadlier. I get the will to slow down the game, but this change feels like an incomplete one, as the world should be slowed than as well. Overall, the game is clearly less fun than before. I get having a challenge in yellow - red maps, but early white maps syndicates research or incursions failure are not fun. Awakened gems This game needs such chase items. They represent endgame rewards that require even more time to level and should be exciting with unique effects. I wish you reverted the nerf. Last bumped on Jul 26, 2021, 3:14:21 AM
