Skin of the Loyal/Skin of the Lords No Blue Sockets

I normally use skin of the loyal or skin of the lords at league start. This league, I've noticed there are ZERO blue sockets on these armors. This seems like a bug and I wanted to bring attention to it.

Can bump and say that there is no way that out of 40 skin of the loyal/lords chests on trade not one has blue sockets. Like it is technically possible but the possibility for even 1 to not have a blue socket is small, but for 100% of them is 100% a bug.

Can bump this too - Skin of the loyal is unable to drop with blue sockets at the moment in Exploration league. Just got one from the void card, went to trade and was surprised that not a single one is listed with at least 1 blue socket.
