I have a character that is using a fire skill that can clear T16 maps, but with the Chieftain Ascendancy Hinekora, Deaths Fury (1% of Fire Damage Leeched as Life) AND Heart of Flame (0.2% of Fire Damage Leeched as Energy Shield), while using Soul Tether, my ES never fills up.
I'm doing enough damage to melt packs in one cast but I never get ES or Life back from Leech. It is broken. I used Heart of Flame on an Explosive Concoction character as well and the ES gain was maybe 10 per cast, hitting 5+ times on a whole pack of mobs. It simply doesn't work.
