Coruscating Elixir and "Reused At the end of the flask effect"-craft

Hey guys,
i was trying to use my coruscating Elixir with the "Reused At the end of the flask effect"-craft from the instilling orb and it does not behave like i thought it did. To me it looks like it activates every 2 seconds because of the "Removed Life is regenerated as Energy Shield over 2 seconds" instead of every 10 seconds. I would have expected it to just use it after the 10 Seconds Flask duration based on it being a Ruby Flask. I hope that it gets fixed, because i would have loved it to work! Have a great day! Looks like this is still the case for me as well. The resistances from the flask effect persist for the full 10s duration, but the instilling orb trigger goes off every 2 seconds until I run out of charges.
