PoE Shutdown / Restart my PC

Hello
When i play PoE it make my PC Shutdown or Restart, Some time i can play few mins, but mostly is restart instant after i run game. My PC: CPU: Intel Core i5 6500 3.2 GHz GPU: AMD Radeon R9 290x 4GB dx12 RAM: HyperX 2x 4GB Kit HDD1: SSD Transcend 256GB (6Gb/s) HDD2: SSD Apacer Panther 120GB (6Gb/s) Connection: 250 Down / 50 Up Connected by Cable Source: 700W after first restart i change it to 1300W SilverStone Strider Titanium ST1300-TI 1300W What STEPS i Try ? Directly Client 0.) Register and Download PoE Client 1.) Instal FRESH OS Windows 10 2.) Install game on SSD 120GB - Restart after 1 min. 3.) Install and Update all Drivers 4.) Uninstall game and clean Register (Use Total Uninstaller) 5.) Install game on SSD 256GB(SYSTEM) - Restart after 10 sec. 6.) It is been funny on this problem in windows log is NOTHING this restart is not BSOD but RESTART and log is not created. i try some software for save or show any reboot reason, but none of it can catch any report.
