My 2 cents...Good riddance.

Long DoT from bleed/ignite was one of main ways to trivialize endgame bosses due to its "fire and forget" capability-you spend one second applying it and have four seconds free to dodge without losing DPS. The DoT multiplier/faster ignite/bleeding scaled it too well and made these DoT builds equal or better in raw DPS than direct damage builds, which was in no way balanced.

Hit scaling and poison builds were nerfed far less in this patch, as they can scale critical and those supports were buffed. Get used to being more in the thick of it, that was the intention.

No packs, lv 1. Yea I can tell you got no idea how the game works by this comment alone.

Still 1 more level than you :P

But I'm not talking about the big 100M+ builds, but the stuff that normal players do, that rarely reach 10M. There, criticals were hit nowhere as hard as the DoT builds.

Lies, a lot of those "sub 10 mil" crit builds lost a lot of damage especially from flasks (diamond, lion's roar, atziri's promise, cinderswallow, etc.).

Sad part of this patch is it lowered the skill gap between people who knew how to use flasks and plebs who ran with 5 life flasks and "what's a utility flask lul" attitude. Since flasks are nerfed to the ground, there's little benefit going over basic life + mana + quicksilver setup. I thought the idea was to make this game less auto-pilot to play.
