Undocumented Cluster Jewel Changes

Couldn't find those being mentioned in patch nodes. Seemed important since those changes are also not in pob and drastically reduce damage of the builds that used those.

Edit: It's in the manifesto apparently, all dot multipliers have been changed to normal increased dot. please update the patch nodes


Changes i've found so far

Max Passives has been reduced by 1

Medium
+4% Fire Damage Over Time Multiplier -> 12% Burning Damage


+4% Physical Damage over Time Multiplier -> 12% Physical Damage Over Time
Edit: Seems like all multipliers have been removed and replaced with normal damage




Post them here so we can compile a list of the changes

The Burning Bright Notable no longer has 8% to Fire Damage over Time Multiplier, or 20% increased Fire Damage. It now has 25% increased Burning Damage.

I hoped that the items was going legacy but sadly not. All items was changed with this release.

That's not really how that should work. The notables don't gain the small passive enchant bonuses.

also the 25% Burning damage doesn't include the +12% from the small passives.

Those changes were in the patch notes. And yes they are awful. This ain't no ninja nerf, its straightforward midday muggery.
My 2 cents...Good riddance.

Long DoT from bleed/ignite was one of main ways to trivialize endgame bosses due to its "fire and forget" capability-you spend one second applying it and have four seconds free to dodge without losing DPS. The DoT multiplier/faster ignite/bleeding scaled it too well and made these DoT builds equal or better in raw DPS than direct damage builds, which was in no way balanced.

Hit scaling and poison builds were nerfed far less in this patch, as they can scale critical and those supports were buffed. Get used to being more in the thick of it, that was the intention.

Oh, you mean like the crit builds that had 200 million damage before the patch while dot builds (except poison) rarely exceeded 10 million?

And how crit builds lost potentially more dps due to controlled destruction being no longer viable, flasks being nerfed (esp. diamond and bottled faith) and few other impactful changes especially attack and cast speed reductions that affect mostly direct hit builds?
