Maintaining flask charges for Explosive Concoction

I don't have the time to theorycraft like I used to so just wondering what the brilliant ideas are people have come up with. Beyond of course just "play pathfinder lol". I kinda want to try an elementalist ignite build with it.

I'm not much of a theorycrafter either, but I'd presume it will include reduced Flask charges used, because reduction almost always give you increased returns on anything that matters (think how +1% max resistance is often considered as 4% less damage taken; this is because at 75% resists, your EHP multiplier is 1/(1-0.75) = 4.00, and the asymptote of f(x) = 1/(1-x) as x->1 is infinity. This is also why Fortify has been nerfed so many times.).

This would mean rolling Chemist's prefix on your Topaz, Ruby, and Sapphire flasks, and probably using a Belt that has Flask-related affixes.

Does flask charge usage reduction work for it? It says "consume" not "use" on the gem, and with poe's usual wonkiness I interpreted that to mean it always takes 3 charges no matter what.
