It appears that something GGG did this league made the game use allmost all of my CPU

I get like 80% CPU usage and crazy hot PC ever since league start can anyone help me ? running a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060,
16Gb RAM

yes my drivers are up to date
yes i use lowest settings.. mainly because of the problems i have rn
and yes my PoE is on a SSD with more than 70% space left

Ironicly enough my GPU is sleeping while playing it doesnt even get hot.

sounds like the game is not using your graphics card,

it would explain the heat and high cpu usage if its using your integrated cpu graphics

dumb question maybe but are you running the vulkan api or in DX11? becuase DX11 is cpu hungry af while vulkan will push everything pretty much over to the gpu instead, have a Ryzen 5 5600x and if i try use DX11 i get the same situation you are while vulkan API is using barely anything of the cpu but i have other issues instead in vulkan as it seams to be a Vram leak instead so after a while its using all my 8GB of Vram on my gpu -_^

The Ryzen 5 3600 doesnt have a iGPU so cant be that barely none of the desktop series of the ryzen cpu got it for the "normal" market only OEMs pretty much got them until now with the 5000 series the APUs are coming back

you might actually get better performance by increasing graphical settings, assuming that there is nothing wrong in your system like malware that uses your CPU

could be a possibility but since OP hasnt come back if his using DX11 or Vulkan but i bet its DX11 becuase my Ryzen 5600X does the same if i use DX11 wher vulkan pretty much goes down to bare 20% useage but starts to use more of the gpu instead as it should instead of the other way around

I have a similar issue and have had it since last league, GPU MS stays below 10 and i get HUGE CPU lag spikes that freeze my game. Ive tried vulkan beta and still get the issue.
