To GGG, a piece of tape going across all 5 flask keys is considered botting. As if they have the ability to tell what you're doing. I'm pretty sure their official stance has always been: Logout macro that detects when your Life or Energy Shield depletes to a certain level and aumatically logs out for you without any intervention = Bannable. Clear violation of ToS. Logout macro that allows you to use one button press to disconnect you from the game when you press that button = acceptable. The tricky part is obtaining incontrovertible proof that the former has occurred and not the latter. "But I just had lightning fast reflexes and pressed the button in time!" is what ToS violators could say, and GGG can't realistically do anything about it because how do you prove they're lying?
