yesterday I reach act 4
then I logged off, so today I wanted to play my main skill wasn't there from the beginning ... I opened my inventory my Tabula rasa Q 20% corrupted not even there so I open my stash and even tho wasn't even there !!! I cant believe it,, can anyone help me here !! See if you might have left it in a crafting bench somewhere?

Missing gear is usually somewhere in your crafting bench or inventory. I'm not sure why it would be in either unless you wanted another character to use your Tabula Rasa, which in that case means it might still be equipped to him/her.
