Voltaxic burst question

Why is this skill 60% lightning and 40% ( lightning to chaos ) ????

i had dreamed it was 100% chaos.


question : are there items that convert lightning to chaos ???

Seems to me that chaos damage which is non-DOT can be hard to scale, so with this skill you can scale lightning instead and do chaos dmg. Most people would probably use Voltaxic Rift with this skill.

Btw Voltaxic Rift is in a sad sad state right now. This was such a cool unique when it came out. But nowadays barely anyone uses it. It needs some good buffs.

Sigh, now I remembered the og zoomzoom build, scion voltaxic spark...
