Proooobably the 70% damage unless you have a ton of damage already and very little attack speed.
Both of these are multipliers that stat additively with the same type. Украина в моём сердце

Someone can correct me if I'm doing this wrong. This is how I understand it. As far as I know they both apply to the base damage or attack speed.
So if your base damage is 100 and you have 100% increased damage, then you will have 200 damage. Now if you increase damage by another 70%, it will increase 70% of your base of 100. not 70% of the 200 you had before. 70% of 100 base is the same as 35% of your previous total damage of 200 ( 70 / 200 = 0.35 ). Attack speed works the same way. So in the above example, if you do not already have increased attack speed, then you would be comparing a 35% increase to the 28% increase. So you would come out ahead with the 70% increased damage. You can crunch the numbers to see what gives more damage. If you do not already have increased attack speed, then 150% increased damage would be the break even point. You total damage would be 250. So 70 / 250 = 0.28. |

I think it would work out kinda close to: do you have 70/28 (or 2.5) times or more as much '+Minions do increased damage' as you have 'Minions have X% increased attack speed.
If yes, then attack speed. If no, then damage, due to diminishing returns. There are other factors, but broadly thats a way to guesstimate. |

" This is the correct approach in general, but you need to include the 100% base damage and attack speed in your calculation. In general, the fastest and most reliable way to check these things is Path of Building. |

Impossible to answer.
If you have alot of attack speed in your build already, minion damage is better. If you have alot of minion damage in your build already, attack speed is better. Stats have diminishing return. |

" That is not quite accurate. Increased stats have linear returns. Their marginal benefit is diminishing. The only case of diminishing returns that comes to my mind is adding projectiles with Barrage Support. |

Download the program Path of Building and use the Community Fork. You can load up your character and manually add each stat to see which one is more beneficial for you. The program is used by most players, the dev is a GGG employee, and it doesn't interact with the game at all. Program is perfectly safe and authorized.
