What the heck happened to Regal Orbs dropping in Heists/Grand Heists?

" Ye I obtained a 4% Regal-Exalt Trinket a few days ago. Sadly the state of the Regal drop rate is unjustified. During Heist League when I also had one on my Poison BV character, Regals were dropping a lot more BUT I would net maybe 1ex every 3-4 Heists if I was lucky. This nerf is really just plain stupid, and ruins the value of even having such a trinket. |

"Hard to say 100% but based on Standard Ultimatum theres 1 Hateforge for every 4 Headhunters so it seems like its in a rarity tier above it though that could be purely due to the 2% spawn rate but thats hard to say as well. But yeah. Guess well find out in the future, we know theyre taking away a few interactions but overall not getting hit too hard. Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in!

tl;dr; the best players I know all farmed their hh in heists during 3.13 and 3.14. They are not speedrun tryharder, but it's pragmatic. It's 2 to 4 nights after work if you know what you are doing early on in a league.
Having a character that steamroll and speedrun heists: cheap Having a character that feels good in mapping and a good atlas setup/strategy: expensive as hell Now if you compare the mental toll between heisting and mapping, Heist is relaxed as hell, there is nothing to fear, the only tricky part is rolling the contracts/bps and knowing what to aim for on thieves gear, no scarabs, no master missions to pick, no atlas strategy, no map sustainability issues, no sextant rolling, You bulk roll contracts in a tab, runs them 20/20(it takes like 2minutes a contract) then after 1h or 2 you spin the wheel on bps and high roll like hell, I mean I consistently high rolled in heist since 3.12, ridiculous stuffs, like 25ex of gems in a bp, atiziri shield prohecy in a small chests, doctors, duplicated ex twice in a contract and so on + all the things that add up like breachstones, delirium stuffs, fractured jewels, stacks of chroms... I'm honestly chocked that so few players massively farm heists, it is the safety net of the game basically. Yes mapping is better, but not for the majority of players, I rarely get to a point a league where I'm godlike in maps and you need that to beat heaists.
