Is there any counterplay to Shock and Horror's lightning degen in arenas with no LOS blocking?

Big thanks to GaripFikir for reminding me that Immortal Ambition is a thing. Well worth the 6 passive points I sacrificed for it. Technically, I haven't yet run into Shock and Horror in the Maven fight again... BUT I have been able to facetank Shock and Horror's beam in 10-boss Maven's Invitations, which I'd presume acts as proof of concept.

Moreover, this character used to melt to double (Guardian's Aid) Elder Guardians due to the strong Ignites, Maven's burning orb, Poison, and flaming skybeams. However, just cleared a 65 quant The Twisted invitation deathless.
