" Since when? I've never done Cata and have always been able to upgrade 2 stones at a time, when It That Fled is leader of Research and ranked Captain. I've upgraded dozens of stones to pure. I've checked poe wiki and see no listed note changes regarding patch notes. So something is definitely wrong. I rarely post, but when I do it's important. It's not just It That Fled. None of the leaders give you two instances of their reward.
