Socketed Attacks have -15 to Total Mana Cost on body armours

Hi,

this mod on chest is named "of the conquest",
i found it in path of exile trade,
i haven't found it on the wiki on the item modifiers page,
i have no idea how to get this mod, if its a delve, elder, syndicate member, or gardian mod ?
help me please

It's a warlord mod.

it's also a delve mod

Its very easy to get.

Buy any 6l armor you want and a Warlord exalted orb.
Slam the exalted orb onto the armor and then use Harvest attack rerolls until you hit the desired mod.
The more mods you also want to be on the chestpiece, the harder its going to be obviously.

Once you have acquired an "ok" chestpiece buy another one and go again, this time aiming for overall better rolls.


The warlord exalted ususally costs about 1ex, maybe a little more and a 6l chestpiece sells for about 20-30c, unless you want it to be an Astral Plate with 6 white sockets.
So you are looking at a little more than 1ex costs in material per chestpiece and from there its just spamming Harvest crafts.

Alternatively, you can Aisling slam (get Aisling to Rank 3 in Betrayal Syndicate board, then kill the Mastermind, so that you can add a Veiled mod with a chance of adding 2), and/or Harvest reroll prefixes only, and/or metacraft lock suffixes ("Suffixes cannot be changed") and Harvest reroll type-specific prefixes (such as Life + Life more common).
