magic wand vendor recipee not working ?

If we're talking flat fire or other ele damage to spells, the current way to do that is with bench craft. The earliest you can do this is at lvl 24 and requires one of the discovered recipes found in Acts 3/4.

The fire recipe is Solaris (2) at Dialla IIRC.

If you want to get to 24 with spell fire, Rolling Magma, Flame Wall and Holy Flame Totem don't really need much.

The next tier of this craft is still in Acts I think, and the one after is not until maps (?).
