Heist jobs

I've found a heist equipment that has +1 to Level of all Jobs.
My characters are level 5 in the main job. Is there any benefit to increasing it above level 5? What do job levels do besides just gating the missions you can take? Last bumped on Jun 13, 2021, 11:03:05 AM

They boost job completion speed. I'm unaware of anything past that.

Heist perks values are based on job lvl

Also helpful when you want to use someone's alternate job to get their buffs on a blueprint run.
