Can't join Hideouts in KR/JP Region

I'm looking into this.

Could some of you collect a WinMTR report to these two addresses?
Japan: jp.vodafone-ts.pathofexile.com
S. Korea: kr.vodafone-ts.pathofexile.com


From the troubleshooting so far, I can't reliably see where the problem is, but I will see what our provider can do.

That's unfortunate. Our server host does not peer directly with Vodafone, and they don't have any sort of technical contact information and as such they can't seem to get in contact to ask what's up.

Do they have a contact phone number?

Our provider (IBM) haven't been successful in getting any contact with any technical staff at Vodafone.

The game is using port 6112, but it is affecting all connections.

This site is hosted in IBM's Seoul DC and is accessible from other EU ISPs.

Our provider says that Vodafone contacted them to say the problem should be resolved.

We'd like to collect some nmap and wireshark data to provide to Vodafone that hopefully show the problem in more detail.
