Boacompra

Been trying since yesterday to make a purchase but can't do it since regardless of the type of purchase, boacompra shows an error screen right after I click finish purchase. I have tried contacting them but got no response. There isn't any other option in Brazil for me to use, so I don't know to do.

Yes, tried Chrome and Edge on my desktop (regular, after clearing cache, private tabs regular and after clearing cache), on my phone, on my work laptop.
