Trigger helmet bone offering/desecrate not proccing

When I focus, it only casts desecrate and doesn't trigger bone offering unless there are already corpses around. Shouldn't it work like the trigger wand where it procs the skills in the same order they're socketed? So it should cast desecrate first and then bone offering on the spawned corpses.

I've swapped around the order of socketing for these 2 gems but it still doesn't work, and only casts desecrate.

Yeah, I remember testing this with CwDT and noticing the same problem. My theory is that Desecrate has a start-up delay before the corpses actually spawn, so the Offering ends up triggering before Desecrate can spawn the corpses.
