Stygian Fireball, Stygian Firestorm, and Stygian Wave of Conviction

Hi GGG, long time supporter here.

So blue fire has basically been my dream aesthetic for as long as I can remember. The first time I remember seeing it and thinking "That is badass" was in the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time frosty zones where the fires were blue for whatever reason. It didn't really matter why they were blue, they looked awesome and that alone justified it.

But you know what isn't awesome?

Spending GGGold to buy very nice looking Stygian Fireball and Stygian Firestorm MTX so that I can finally cover my enemies in beautiful bright... diarrhea orange?

See I was giving you guys benefit of the doubt originally, I thought maybe you just hadn't gotten around to developing the stygian ignite and hit effects and were gonna do 'em at some point in the future. But then I saw that you released Stygian Wave of Conviction, which is 120 points, 5 points cheaper than Stygian Firestorm and 10 points cheaper than Stygian Fireball, and yet somehow, a substantially better made mtx just on the basis that it actually applies a stygian ignite and hit effect.

Why is the cheaper mtx more aesthetically complete than the slightly more expensive ones? Were there people asking for a stygian fireball that looks like it splatters and covers enemies in diarrhea orange? I don't believe there were. I have to believe that this is in fact a bug, hence why I have decided to post it in the bug report section instead of the art and audio feedback section. If you guys could fix this bug before next league so I can do a stygian fireball starter that would be great.

Steps to replicate the bug:
1. Spend 130 or 125 points to buy Stygian Fireball or Stygian Firestorm respectively
2. Load into the game filled with anticipation of playing a build with your dream aesthetic
3. Socket a Fireball or Firestorm gem into a blue socket on an item
4. Open your MTX screen and attach the MTX to the respective skill
5. Find an enemy that is alive.
6. Put your face 5-6 inches away from the screen to closely analyze every detail of the visuals
7. Feel the extreme disappointment as your screen has splatters of diarrhea orange flashing across it and corpses stewing in it
