Hey everyone! This build is for those who followed my Leveling with Penguin series, and want to start early maps. Watch the video series here! This build leaves a lot of room to grow, and allows a lot of different upgrade paths. I prioritize build comfort so we are not taking conc effect and swiftbrand. 3.15 League of Nerfs! - Pretty much all support gems were nerfed across the board, so keep that in mind. I'm not gonna name them all, because none were game breaking though it is going to be a damage loss (welcome to 3.15). - Once PoB updates, I will post a new one with changes to anything, for now it seems viable. 3.14 New build!
