Just found the break in the infinite Accessibility loop: 3 applications need to have access
1 - Awakened PoE App 2 - the launcher in Contents/MacOS 3 - the Terminal.app. - that one costed me 1 hour of trial and error |

I successfully launched Awakened PoE Trade from Contents/MacOS/, then started the game window. When I hover over an item and press Ctrl+D, a window opens, but as soon as I move the cursor a little, it disappears, and it's not possible to hover over or interact with it. I already tried running the game in fullscreen and launching Awakened PoE Trade afterward, it behaves the same way..

It looks like I just need to use Ctrl+Option+D, that works well.
