Awful lagspikes playing from Argentina

This is happening every single weekend, specially at night, playing in Washington and Sao Paulo. The usual ~50ms spikes to 150-1000 every 10 seconds or so. It started happening about three weeks ago.

I've suffered the same problem a lot of times this entire league. Unplayable from all point of view. All that has happened these last year with POE became a fatal wound to my almost 8 years long love with this game.
Fix this basic stuff if you pretend to stop losing the hardcore fanbase. |

It's holiday in Argentina, I'm about to fight Sirus, but there's no way I'm risking it with today's network performance, and he de-spawns if I keep doing other content... So I'm forced to go play another game.
Needless to say I'm not buying anything from the store in a game I can't play fully due to technical issues. |

And no, my connection is working perfectly, I can do network-sensitive stuff like a 4-way Discord voicechat or stream to Twitch flawlessly while Path of Exile spikes to 1500ms without reason.

Same lag spikes issue here, from Argentina too. Playing in the Brasil servers, they suck at this moment btw when is a fix coming GGG? pleeeaseee it's unplayable like this :c
