Singapore server ping issue.

massive ping diffrent between instant. this occur between 8pm - 12pm(gmt+8) everyday for the past 2 weeks.
usually playing with 20-40 ping, but when night time, and changing instant, going map or heisting, ping will become 1k++.
changing to japan/aust server will prevent the spike. but the ping 100++ on japan and 200+ on aust server.
already contacting unifi (isp), and they didnt find anthing problem.
and i am not alone on this. alot of ppl in my guild and malaysia poe page in fb suffering same problem. and its around same time as mine.

I hear you, i've been noticing high latency between 8pm-12pm too. I'm so scared to play in high tier map now.

at this point i dont think ggg gives a shit..

LOL yea they told me to post in technical forums, so that community members can help each other out, ya know, fix each others problems..... even when the problem is on their end.

In the past i had the impression ggg actually reads and communicates with its userbase. The impression I get now is, ggg only likes to respond to spelling errors. They especially know how to make their customers unhappy, yea failing league start, then streamer priority and then not rolling back.

GGG - a tip: spend more time fixing technical issues, stress test properly; spend some $ on management and less time on new content - like nerfing fractures, harvest. Spend more time on things people like to see.

And yes, ping troubles still persist. IDK what sort of information to post that would be helpful when the issue is on ggg's end. But I need to share my distaste for ggg at present. Sorry and thanks.

started atoll map, nice 40ms
left map to buy stuff, reentered portal 400ms
exit portal to hideout
(and thought... hmm maybe i should reeenter just to see)
back to 40ms

Same here in the Philippines, we are also having this latency issue when connecting to Singapore. going to different instances makes our ping jump... not only do i experience this but almost everyone in the philippines
