had the same happening just now
Well, two years ago my Avast Antivirus decided to put Hearthstone into quarantine after the latest patch of the game.
Today I received the same notice. It seems to be a recent problem, probably arrived with the last update realease in Friday. When I use Dx11 the notice doens't appers.
Their latest patches have made the game unstable as all hell.
Can't run any web browsers with video without crashing the game and the browser within 20 seconds.

I've seen these virus popups now and then, with PoE and other games, and the virus cleaner would take something out that would stabilize it for a while. Then it would patch, put the offending files back, it becomes unstable, the antivirus software cleans it and restores stability... rinse, repeat.
Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive.
Patch Notes 3.19:
Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.
From my little reading this malware can spread itself. I doubt poe put it there (would have many more complaints). Chances are it spread itself to a file within that folder.

Check your msconfig, services and run an "Offline virus scan"

The computer will restart and do it in like dos.

Worst case is its a sleep type that only comes on a few times a day, puts its self into another file then disable itself. That way your only getting its clone.
