[3.14] In-Depth 216m Sirus DPS Scion CoC Build Guide (w/ GIFs, Leveling Guide)

Hey, I made my own version of CoC Scion using purifying flame. Just hit 10.01+ APS and 52%+ CDR tonight.

Not sure where else to take it now. Need to balance resistances for wise oak, get new gloves, and a ring with Assassin's mark. Other then that, pretty much capped out on my gear atm.

With this version it's not possible. You can't swap HoI with Hatred, it's big loss. If you want to use Herald of Ice with CoC builds, there is a LL version. Basically because you use Prism Guardian, don't use Clarity and don't care about unreserved mana because your life pool is your ES, not mana.

and what pantheon do you recommend ?

Brine King for lower levels, just swap to Solaris/Lunaris after when you get some levels and feel comfortable in Ultimatums, maps etc.

For small pantheon, I prefer Shakari as we don't have Chaos res scaling at all. Garukhan is also good.

At first look, your ring and your belt looks kinda weak. You can work on them. You can look for Divergent Purifying Flame, it's better imo.

This build is insane, i have 50m+ damage with ice spear, killing bosses in 1 second and its not min-maxed at all (spent only like 140-150ex).
Should i get 10.10APS for 52%+ CRD or my 10.09 is fine? :D
Also im struggling a lot with survivability, can you please give me some an advice to improve it (i'll be pleased to get any advice for improvement ^^)?
And the last thing, i found that using frostbolt + ice nova is kinda better for clearing speed and damage is almost the same (or even higher) according to the POB.

1) 10.09 is fine. :P

2) You don't have Wind Dancer, big loss for survivability. I did some tuning on your tree.

Refund Profane Chemistry wheel (+3 pts)
Refund small nodes near Herbalism (don't refund Herbalism) and connect nodes from lower small dex nodes (+1 pts)
Get Wind Dancer with those 4 pts.

And for future, try to get high Intelligence from one of your gear pieces. So you can refund nodes between Shaper and Heart and Soul to connect the tree from Lethal Assault and Mind Drinker to the bottom, your Cluster wheel. So you can use your Socket #9 jewel at the node below Mind Drinker. These tunings help both survivability and overall DPS.

3) Ice Nova variant has higher damage for only first, initial form. Ice Spear has a second, final form. Change it to second form and check DPS difference with Ice Nova again. We get to the second form in a matter of time.

Hi, can i ask, how do you avoid stuns and be frozen?
I like your build a lot, but i feel myself so squishy
Can i ask for help with stuff i need to upgrade to more survivability?
And maybe you can give me advice for priority list with upgrades for my build
