Thread of Hope Gem is not working, Please help

I am new to POE and my character is Ranger. I have recently purchased a thread of hope gem with 5 Ex orbs from the POE trade and When I placed the gem onto the socket beside the ''Golem's Blood'' node I can not tell if the nodes within the highlighted ring circle are connected to my skill tree or not. From the attached screenshot, it says ''Heavy Draw'' can be allocated without connection to the tree but down below it says the node is ''unallocated''. Can someone please tell me what do I need to do? This is bothering me so much ...

you need to spend points to get those

More specifically, the 'can be allocated without connection to the tree' means you can put a point in the node without spending points to travel to it. So just put a point in heavy draw.

You need to either gain a level or spend regret orbs to move points around.
