Clicked on the darkshrine, got the Izaro text twice, but no lab buff was granted

More detail on this, because I also have this issue:
I make sure to hit Darkshrines when running lab. Every time I Have this league, one darkshrine will either 1) not give a buff, 2) give the same buff a second time and not register as it's a duplicate or 3) give a buff and not show it. I'm not sure which is happening, but I always check my buffs, so this is definitely something that's happening. |

It says "Be twice enchanted" in chat, which means it grants an additional use of the Divine Font at the end. It doesn't show up as a buff or zone modifier.
