Karst's Lockpick Unlootable - can you not repeat this contract?

I know I've done the lockpick contract before - so it's the only reason I can imagine the item was unlootable (other than a bug) -
anyways the run was a dud. Last bumped on May 11, 2021, 3:12:27 PM

Green contracts are a one time thing. Once it's completed you can't do it again, lockpick is a quest item anyway and doesnt give you anything special. You can do regular lockpicking contracts
