this is normaly because you have some kind of "extension" in your browser blocking pop-ups or that you or your bank have restricted the use of the card (what can be bought from it / what contry's it can be used in).
But most likely is some security software on your pc blocking the pop up window.

If you still have problems, the please make VERY clear screenshots and e-mail GGG support directly. They don't handle payment problems via the forum.

Thanks, the security thing is very likely true. But that can be circumvented!


Their 3rd part vendor on payments claims it's my bank blocking it. But I mean it works everywhere else..

Okay.. won't be circumvented.. Guess I'm going with the email thing :(

If you are talking about xsolla then you either have to take it up with their support / confirm this with your bank or e-mail GGG support and have them help you to look into it.

I am Danish and don't have any problems using my card on GGG's site.

Just tried my mastercard instead of the visa. Worked like a charm. Same bank, same account even. w/e I'm getting my quads now so all good

yes but other security settings. In my homebank I can control how the cards security is both with 2FA or regions and so on.

Also Mastercard is a proper credit card and your Visa card is a debit card.
That's a BIG differance.
