Good spells fur Hextouch setup?

Hello to all my fellow pro gamers.

What are the best spells for a curse on hit setup?
The character is a physical caster that plays Reap with a 2 handed staff.

Accuracy is pretty low so i was thinking Hextouch + vulnerability + leap slam + arc .
Leap Slam chance to hit is only 70% so it's more of a "bonus".

Do you see any better spell than arc to apply the curse?
