Quad Tab Missing - BUG

While in hideout working on stash tab organization I removed a quad tab for Ultimatum from a folder and it just disappeared. No where to be found. Not in my stash in any capacity.

Relogged to see if it was from some interaction with upgrading normal stash tabs to premium. I had to relog the client to have them show up before. However quad tab is still missing.

Help me out GGG.

Issue resolved? Relog #5 had quad tab once again within stash.

Weird GGG....
