isnt it about time we got rid of the Labarynth Ascencion requirements???
"It baffles me that its a complaint by the same whiners 4 years ago. The only thing they seem to have added, which i dont agree with, are the new movement totems. Theres now movement totems with auras that damage you when using a movement skill in them, many of which cant be destroyed en route. I dont remember them ever been in labyrinth 4 years ago, if they were then they must have buffed the damage by a marginal amount. On my current character it does about 1/4th my health per movement skill, which is kinda baffling to me. The reason why i dont get that change, is because they nerfed movement abilities. Movement speed was already the top way to traverse it, so it didnt really make much sense to add those and nerf movement skills (from what i can tell besides leap slam and whirling blades, though i havent used whirling blades since i came back). Dash is complete dumpster tier in comparison to leap slam but thats all i can use on my setup unless i want to run shield charge, which i cant because no attack speed in trapper builds, so it has to be dash and a quick silver. Am i gonna riot and post on the forums 24/7 for four years consecutive and make sure my presence is seen in every single thread labyrinth related ? No, fuck no. LOL These forums man. EDIT - OH MAN that reminds me of that time one of them told me its impossible to do without using flasks or bleed flasks. Im pretty sure it took me 10~ or so minutes to do it with no flasks on a bad layout with no layout guidance back then. So i went in there with handicaps and still completed uber lab that fast. HMMMM. Yep i found the youtube video on my profile LOL. And im desyncing massively. Oh man, old times when desync was actually an issue. Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in! " [Removed by Support] I never said anything about averages. I said the median was usually around 30 minutes. The 10 minute figure was said by the person talking about how long they think it takes to run lab. From the first page of this thread. "You do have the choice of never stepping into lab. It takes 10 minutes, and they even babied us with the offering usage in map device." A 10 minute run through endgame lab would be reasonable for a lab runner not for someone that only runs lab just for the ascendancy points. You keep talking about lab runners when this thread is NOT about lab runners. It is about people that don't run lab except to get the ascendancy points. It is like telling a pedestrian, "Why are you saying you don't want to go there? It only takes a couple minutes to get there." When it is miles away. It is stupid and ridiculous. [Removed by Support], you can look up anywhere where people are doing 6 key runs and it was 10-15 minutes and youre using imaginary numbers you dont have by also including potential outliers and not including anything relevant to completing it as fast as possible which makes your argument completely irrelevant.
[Removed by Support] Meanwhile... 1) They made adjustments to labyrinth that made it more difficult. This includes movement skill totem auras, while nerfing movement skills 2) They made Uber, Uber Labyrinth because people actually like the content and enchants. Adding 4 additional Offerings to the Goddess fragments and making it even more appealing and difficult to do. If you run twice enchanted now you get 21 enchants in Uber, Uber. 3)QOL Helmet Enchant to allow players to pick between enchants rather than Randomizing it. This also re-rolls on twice enchanted giving you a bigger pool and chance to pick from. 4) Added traps and trap like stuctures and mechanics throughout the core game and maps. Temple and heist is a good example of this with the Trap Workshop, while it can be changes you dont want to because you want level 3 temple rooms. And what changes have they made in the labyrinth complainers favor ? Inclubating Helmet Enchants which gives some random helmet enchant which is inefficient in addition to having to farm for Blight ? Wow. Im done here, its clear the game isnt going in the direction you want it to and never will so, maybe its time to hang up the towel and simply admit defeat rather than waste time complaining about it constantly. Not wishing to interupt your bashing each other party you have going.
But actually no buts, ascension isnt that bad because you always get people willing to help, and others even for a few c will help too. and yes im not go pro since my highest ever char was level 88, added I dont follow build guides, but fyi lab was there in 2015 too btw. Anyways, I would like to point to the divine font, specifically, there is 100s of options now, literally 100s, iow if you want a specific enchant, you might have to do the lab about well a lot of times lol. I will explain my case, I am not so strong as to do eternal lab, but I can do merciless, merciless lab takes me an average of 20 minutes. This means, if I wanted a specific node lets say for example, 25% increased cyclone damage, I would literally have to do 20 minutes x 50 even which equates to 1000 minutes to get a specific enchant for a helmet. ooof for just an enchant, this seems a bit of a stretch, I would propose that they add a divine font bench at your hideout, and once youve gotten a enchant from the divine font, you dont roll it again but it goes to your hideout instead on a seperate craft bench. |

"nah no bashing here, just the difference of someone who plays the game vs someone who complains about it. It's pretty funny that someone can think that POE 2, which will have 19 new ascendancies, thinks their complaining is what made them change it LOL. The entire point of POE 2 is to have a completely new experience so obviously they're going to change virtually everything about it. It's just amazing to me how delusional one has to be to sit here and think "yep! My four years of constant complains paid off, they made POE 2 like this because of me!". It's actually comical. The best part is I never say I'm for or against changes I simply point out the ridiculous claims and generic complaining. Lab threads are salt mines like the majority of post on the official forums. No one takes them seriously. Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in! Labyrinth salt farm miner. " Well now that would be a pity, considering I just proposed an awesome crafting idea amidst all the salt |

I think it's unlikely to happen given enchant power especially with the power creep we have now.
Also I personally feel like there's really no difference to capturing an enchant vs buying a pre-enchanted helmet. Either way it gets stored for later so GGG more than likely sees this as a non issue and good economic incentive to farm labyrinth which many players do. I haven't been in Uber, Uber lab yet but I plan to try it out sometime and farm enchants to sell again. Personally I think labyrinth is in a good spot even though I don't like that they added totems that damage you on moveskill use. They even removed needing to be fastest to get the jewels and I'm pretty sure they improved treasure chest item pools. With the way double influence crafting works it's also pretty hard to say enchants are a massive power boost too. I think it's a good idea to keep it as is. Harvest sucks! " Eh ig you have a point, between lab and delve its what im going to be farming most of the time anyways. |

"Yeah, i mean their goals with game usually involve people target farming now it seems, so it becomes more true in this Era of POE. 4 Years ago when i left there really wasnt endgame, it was farm maps for currency and thats it. Labyrinth was the first thing introduced where you could target farm and always walk out with something, so i feel like its highly likely it will stay that way considering all the new additions to the game function that way. Each segment of their game has its own economic value. If you want Fossils you delve, if you want a bit of everything you do Heist, if you want to specifically farm for Harvest, Abyss, Ritual or some other thing you can do so as well. I think its a good idea for both the game and economy to never have one thing be the best of all worlds, however Heist definitely comes close to it. I think the introduction of people picking and choosing their farming is a great thing and really good for the economy. It really lets you do what you enjoy doing without having to do things you may not enjoy as much. For me thats Blight, the tower defense stuff just doesnt play well in this game IMO. Harvest sucks!
