Is Delve actually buffed?

Rework = nerf

I'm currently only at 350-400.

- The walls near 200-250 have noticeably more fossils.
- From 250-350 I had 6+ bosses near the quickest path to go deeper.

Early delve is quite clearly buffed. However, I'm more curious about delve 1000-1200 since that is still fairly doable for me.
