Trigger Level 1 blood rage not working

A Paradoxica - with 15% chance to trigger level 1 blood rage when you kill an enemy suffix - which I never saw blood rage triggered in any situation during mapping (e.g. no blood rage icon & no hp degen at any point), would like to know is that a bug?

not a bug, move your CWDT setup into your shield or gloves and it should start working.
GGG is weird with gear provided triggers that can cause trigger gems socketed into them to disable it. |
