These as well but there is no "Ackchhually" as the excess chaos gained from currency trading does not sink for the bot and increased the value of the real money buyer.
You can take it like modern US where it's not important how much do earn but how much do you inherit.

If 10% of the players have 100 EX and 90% of the players have 1 EX, then the top tier items price will be based on the top 10% of the player's pockets, being in double or triple digits.
The higher the percentage for 100 EX players, the more likely it is that an item will sell for a high price as well, sustaining the trend.

If 100% of the players have 1 EX then there will be no items which cost more than 1 EX as they won't sell otherwise.
