Beast in the menagerie doesn't give the craft option

After using a bestiary orb with a craicic spider crab I have the crab in my menagerie but it doesn't give me the craft option to open the portal to Craiceann's Cove

I think you need to capture the beast yourself to unlock the recipe . On good side it is account bound which mean you can do it since 3.2/3.5 patch

Actually I also have only eg 2/4 aspect recipes ( never seen either beast ) but am missing spider which I bought beast for. That behavior is different from 3.13 at least.
