Act V "Escape the Slave Pens" Bug

I just started Act V and needed to escape Slave Pens but I don't see any portal that I can enter to so I'm stuck here. My friend could enter but I don't see anything to enter to. Can this bug be fixed as I need it in order to continue my campaign? I tried uploading my bug screenshot but I couldn't do it for some reason.I'm kind of helpless at the moment. https://imgur.com/a/e90s7yx

Also for the slave pen.......kill kill kill to the end you can see a boss under the act 5 town Overseer's Tower, kill the boss and there is a ladder show up. click the ladder

There is a boss at the end. The ladder appears after defeating him.

@Padallion: Have you been in the slave pens while the boss was killed? Otherwise you have to retry it in a new slave pens instance!
