Curse on hit ring doesn't increase it's effect with caster catalysts

Like the title says my flammability curse on hit ring with 32% increased effect doesn't get any numbers to the curse effect with the caster catalysts,
yet it shows in the advanced mod description that it got 11% increased curse effect through the catalyst which should make the shown curse effectivenes on the item mod description about 35-36% but the ring stays at 32% increased effect of the curse. i'm not sure if it's a display bug or not working correctly. With 13% quality it will be 36% increased curse effect.

The ring still have internal level.
