Holy Conquest Help

Can somebody explain. When i should use Holy Conquest? I think it's depend on cast speed?
If i have low cast speed then use.
If i have good cast speed - don't use?
How many cast speed needed to rich that breakpoint?

Holy Conquest is particularly useful with Penance brand, since the jumping from target to target causes the brand to detonate early (way better clearing).

Other than that, I have a Storm brand build with very hight cast speed and it is still pretty useful, since it covers a greater area spreading from mob to mob.

I'm dump, missreading that mode. I'm also have a Storm brand.
So it's don't have negative effect on total dps on bosses?
Just better clearing?

As long as there is no other enemy nearby, the brand remains on the enemy, so yes, the increase in cast speed itself is worth it for single target, and the whole passive is better for clearing.
