Trade Site - trade filter

Unchecking the "Trade Filter" section seem to render it to the default setting rather than not using it.
For example, I'm playing in a private league where we listed our items without prices. We had to switch the sale type to "Any" instead of the default "Buyout or Fixed Price" to find our items since we didn't price them https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Waggys%20Copium%20Den%20(PL15209)/4Db7PmgC9 But disabling (unchecking) the trade filter and we get no results at all https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Waggys%20Copium%20Den%20(PL15209)/ly8RWq6UV Is this intended? Yes this is intended. Any filter that isn't visible is disabled.
